Simpplr is a platform hosted on Salesforce. Because of this, sometimes new Salesforce security settings effect Simpplr users, even if your org is not actively using Salesforce. As of 2022, Salesforce has rolled out new security settings that require users to verify their email address.

As a Simpplr user, all you need to know is that this is not a phishing email.
