How can I embed URLs in content?

You can embed the following types of URLs in the content editor.

  • Public-facing links
  • Access-restricted links (e.g. Google docs/sheets): These URLs must be embedded using their iframe in the Code tab.
  • Video (e.g. YouTube video URLs)
  • Images

Note: Not every public URL is embeddable. If a URL can’t be embedded, you’ll see an error stating “the provided URL cannot be embedded”.

Embedding with iframes

Most embeddable resources like Google Docs and YouTube provide iframes for embedding in the Code tab.

Note: To access an embedded Google Docs URL, the user must be logged into their Google account.
