App Management: How do I give a user permission to view analytics?

Please note that all Site managers have access to their managed sites' analytic data by default. Granting user access to analytics using the steps below gives them access to all data.

To give permissions to a user to view analytics:

  1. Go to Manage > Application > Setup > Privileges.
  2. Scroll down to Analytics and add the user's name to Grant analytics control and subscribe to monthly adoption summary.

  3. Scroll down and click Save.
