Simpplr’s Best Practice Workshop sessions, formerly known as Office Hours, are hosted by our Customer Success team & Simpplr experts on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Wednesday each month. These sessions cover Simpplr platform features & functionalities, provide a direct line to answers for your best practice questions, and create a space to connect & collaborate with your Simpplr peers.
1st and 2nd Wednesday sessions cover the same featured topic, while 3rd and 4th Wednesday sessions are dedicated to open Q&A for best practices, strategies, tips, and other non-technical questions.

Hi Matthew, where can we get the link for future sessions? I'm asking because the link in those Google calendars sends an invite for past dates. Thank you!
Hi Xili! The Google calendar links are set up as recurring events; so, while they'll show past events, they should add future sessions to your calendar as well. If you have any issues, however, please create a Support ticket so we can coordinate. Thank you!
