You will need to be a Content manager, Site manager or App manager to approve content.

When users submit content, you will be notified via the in-app notification (the bell icon) next to your avatar. You can also opt in to receive email when someone submit content as well.

To review the content:

1. Go to your notifications and click Actionable content. This will show you pages waiting for approval.
2. Here you can choose to approve and publish the content, reject it, or make any edits needed before approving. If you reject content, you're given the option to provide feedback to the author. The author will be able to re-submit the content after your rejection with feedback. There is no limit to how many times the content can be rejected and re-submitted.
