I just ran into the same issue that Michelle mentioned. Here is what it looks like: We also do not have this background image you mentioned and are on the most recent update.

In Edge it shows as a blank space. After clearing cache in Chrome it still shows like the screencap. Lori

What about Site Onboarding? I have run some tests and I don't see Site Onboarding content showing in the User profile for an existing employee who has been added to a site with onboarding content...
