Alyssa Oshiro - I believe this is a feature coming very soon! It was in the last release notes but I haven't seen it active in my intranet just yet.

Is there a list of profile fields that determine the Profile Completeness figure? On our end, regardless if you complete your entire profile, you're stuck at 75% and "inactive" :(
