Solving for repetitive emails about safety communication

What is the problem we were looking to solve?

For this customer, whenever a safety incident occurred, or they had a new safety Initiative to teach, they would primarily send out a one page PDF via email, and call it a day. This was not working for them for several reasons.

  1. They had no analytics of how many people were reading the lesson

  2. People would often delete them or forget about them

  3. They couldn't easily ask quiz questions to make sure users were learning the lesson

  4. They didn't have multiple ways to communicate this lesson
