Solving for repetitive emails about safety communication
What is the problem we were looking to solve?
For this customer, whenever a safety incident occurred, or they had a new safety Initiative to teach, they would primarily send out a one page PDF via email, and call it a day. This was not working for them for several reasons.
-
They had no analytics of how many people were reading the lesson
-
People would often delete them or forget about them
-
They couldn't easily ask quiz questions to make sure users were learning the lesson
-
They didn't have multiple ways to communicate this lesson
