Can Newsletters be sent to users without an Intranet license?

We have a subset of remote employees that DO NOT have a license for our Intranet. Is there a way to send them a newsletter? I realize they wouldn't be able to link out to any smart blocks tied to the application.

Hi Casey. There isn't a way to send the newsletter directly to users outside the intranet. However, you could technically send the newsletter to your own email address, then forward it to a distribution list from your email. Of course, it's worth noting that non-intranet users wouldn't be considered as part of your newsletter analytics such as open rates, recipients, etc. And it would be best practice to not include any  links that the outside recipients couldn't access. Whatever information needs to be communicated with them should be all present within the newsletter, considering they won't be able to access the content.
