Personalized Carousel Disabled

Hello, 

We noticed performance issues with our Personalized Content API, and hence we have disabled Personalized Content on Jan 7, 2025 to avoid poor end user experience. We are investigating the issue and will update on next steps and timeline for restoration of the service. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you and your users. We will update this community post with any additional information on a regular basis.

    Personalized Content has now been re-enabled as the team has increased the capacity of our service pods which handle the API load of this feature. Please put in a Support Ticket if you have any further issues.
