Upgraded App analytics dashboards

Two upgraded App Analytics dashboards are now generally available on the new analytics platform. The Enterprise Newsletter and On-site analytics dashboards have been redesigned to provide deeper insights and a more intuitive analysis experience.

The upgraded dashboards highlight the most relevant KPIs for quick performance review, offer flexible time bucketing to analyze trends at different levels of granularity, and support drill-down interactions for deeper exploration. Enhanced annotations and additional data points on charts provide richer context to help teams better interpret results. This update is available for App Managers and Analytics Managers.

Additional filters for content smart block

The content selection experience in the Content smart block has been enhanced to make finding the right content faster and more precise. The selection modal now includes dedicated tabs for All types, Pages, Events, and Albums, replacing the earlier filter-based approach.

Two new filters have also been added. A Page category filter is available within the Pages tab and becomes active after selecting a site. A Topic filter is available across all tabs, making it easier to refine content selections. These enhancements are available to App managers and Newsletter managers.

Employee Listening

Themes and questions toggle for survey results

Survey results now include a Themes and Questions toggle across all survey types, providing a consistent way to analyze results at different levels.

Previously, theme-level analysis was available only for Pulse surveys, while Engagement and All-Purpose surveys supported question-level views only. With this update, survey creators and managers can switch between theme-wise and question-wise views regardless of survey type.

Available for: App managers, Survey creators, Survey managers.

Easier access to survey data export

Exporting survey data is now simpler. The Download CSV option has been moved to the top of the Survey Results page, making it easier to find and use.

When a survey does not meet the confidentiality threshold, the Download CSV option appears in a disabled state.

Rewards and Recognition

Recurring awards annual cycle

Recurring awards now support an annual cycle, in addition to the existing monthly and quarterly options. This allows recognition programs to be planned and managed on a yearly basis while keeping all other award functionality unchanged. This feature is available to Recognition managers and Recurring award delegates.
