Be professional
Please stay on topic and provide relevant contributions. Avoid any act of hate speech, inappropriate, abusive, or offensive language. Please refrain from posting false or misleading information and unsolicited advertisements. Do not spam the community with promotional or commercial content.

Search first
Before starting a discussion, search to ensure your same discussion has not already been started.

Post on the relevant topic

Celebrate others
Acknowledge others when their reply was helpful by marking their reply as the accepted solution or giving kudos for a helpful post or reply.

Be mindful

  • Hey Krystal. The votes typically indicate how helpful the post was. You can sort at the top by posts with the most votes. There aren't really concrete "rules" when it comes to voting. Best practice is voting up on something that was helpful and voting down on something that was either inaccurate or couldn't be helpful to a universal audience, not necessarily just to you.

  • What are the "votes" next to posts for? Are we voting that something was helpful or we liked it? It is not clear.
