Is there a support number I can call with high priority issues?

If you're facing a high severity issue with your intranet (Sev 1 or 2), and you need to reach someone immediately, you can call 1-877-750-8330. 

This number routes to our Support team members. During office hours, you will be routed to someone from our team. After hours, you'll be able to leave a voice message. Be sure to leave your contact information so our team can respond the following day.
