Our team's dedicated office hours will be on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every month from 11am -12pm PST.
You will receive an email reminder from the Simpplr Account Support Team letting you know when the office hours are. There's a Zoom link populated in the email. You do not need to register in order to attend the Zoom meeting. The meetings will be one hour. We'll also send an email reminder two days before the office hour.
In the meantime, you can browse the Simpplr Knowledge Base for how-to guides and FAQs. You can also submit a ticket to Support for any questions you have by clicking Submit a Request at the top of the Knowledge Base home page. Note that you will need a valid email address in order to submit a request to Support. We'll be in touch via email once the team reviews your request.
