Simpplr’s fourth release of this year, 2020-04, improves the mobile user experience and fixes issues with Web-Mobile gaps.
Highlights
- Notifications grouping: Before this release, mobile notifications differed from web notifications. Mobile had two different tabs to show Actionable and Activity notifications. With this release, mobile notifications are now in sync with the web, displaying a single list with Actionable notifications on top and Activity below them.
- Help & Feedback: Mobile now provides an option to provide feedback or raise the issue from Help & feedback. Users now can go to Help & feedback under their side menu to provide feedback to Simpplr, raise a query, or ask a question.
- Search feed posts: Like the web, mobile now provides an option to search feed posts in search results. A user can search the feed posts by directly searching it in our search bar.
- Favorite feed posts: A mobile user can now see their favorite marked posts in favorites under the side menu.

Help & Feedback
With this release, the mobile app supports Help & feedback. You can find the Help & feedback section under the mobile’s side menu.
In Help & feedback you can report a problem to Simpplr, give a suggestion, or ask a question.
Search feed posts
With this release, there is now a mobile option to search feed posts. When searching through the search bar a new Feed tab will appear. Under that tab, all the search results related to feed posts will appear.
Favorite feed posts
With this release, you can now see favorite marked posts under the favorite posts section. A new Posts tab will appear in Favorites. Under that tab, you can locate all your favorite marked posts.
