To fix the "end point" error:
1. Login to your Salesforce instance, click on "Set up" at the top.
2. Search for "installed Packages" and click "Simpplr".
3. Click "View" next to "Post Install Instructions".
4. Scroll down to "Additional Instructions", click "Click Here"
5. Click "Save".
