All users who need to access Simpplr should have Document object “Read” permission checked, otherwise, logos might not show up correctly. The “standard platform user” permission should have it checked by default. If users are using custom profile, make sure “Read” is checked.
To check your setting, login to Salesforce, click on “Set Up”. Go to "Administrative Set Up" > “Managed User” > “Profiles” from the left side bar. Open the profile the user is assigned to, make sure Document object "Read" permission is checked.
