How do I remove users from Simpplr?

To remove users from Simpplr, you will need to remove Simpplr's license and permission sets from the user. You must have System admin permissions to perform this action.

  1. Log in to your org's Salesforce instance as the System admin. Click on Setup at the top and type Users into the Quick Find box.
  2. Locate the user you want to remove from Simpplr and click either their name or email.

  3. Scroll down to Permission Sets Assignment. Click Del next Simpplr User and Simpplr User Add On to delete the Simpplr permission sets. If the user is an App manager, you will need to delete the Simpplr User and Simpplr Moderate User Add On permission set.

  4. Scroll down to Managed Packages. Click Remove next to Simpplr.
