Note:
Your Application manager must first ensure HTML tiles are enabled for your environment by going to Manage > Application > Governance and scrolling down to HTML tile.
If you find yourself coming to this Help Center (support.simpplr.com) to find answers often, you may benefit from plugging in the Help Center widget directly to your home dashboard via HTML tile. This could be really beneficial to you and your users as you work your way through the Simpplr application. All the same content including how-to articles, best practices and more can be found in the widget via search.
To get started:
- Copy this code snippet:
<!-- Start of simpplr Zendesk Widget script -->
<script id="ze-snippet" src="https://static.zdassets.com/ekr/snippet.js?key=b90be1a4-24d3-4971-b25c-a78d2c536fbc"> </script>
<!-- End of simpplr Zendesk Widget script --> - Paste your code into an HTML tile on your Simpplr home dashboard.
- That's it! For visual instructions, check out the video below.

This creates either a big white box with a tiny "?Help" at the bottom. Or a box sized to the "?help" which then when clicked has a squished version of the actual search box. Is there a way to just have the search box show without the "?help" prompt? It looks very odd to have a basically blank tile on the dashboard.
Hi Lori. It does look odd, but I haven't figured out a workaround for this. I think it's just an unfortunate result of the way the tile is constructed.
