Removing all members from a Mandatory Site

In the Spring ‘18 release we’ve removed the concept of Mandatory Sites and replaced them with Mandatory Subscriptions.


Mandatory Subscriptions can be created for all of the employees in an organization or for a specified Audience built from Segment, Company, Department, Division, City, State, Country and Custom People Category.


Any pre-existing Mandatory Sites will have been migrated into Mandatory Subscriptions automatically.


These can be viewed by going to User Menu > Subscriptions



By clicking the dropdown on the right hand side you are given the options to ‘Edit’, ‘Delete’ or ‘Delete and unfollow Audience’.


If a Mandatory Subscription has been made in error (or if you have an old Mandatory Site that you want to remove all of the members from) you can use ‘Delete and unfollow Audience’ for this.
