What are the permission needed for standard Simpplr users?

Standard Simpplr users require "Simpplr User" and "Simpplr User Add On" permission sets assigned to their Salesforce user record.

A "Simpplr User Add On" permission set should be created with the following system permissions for all standard users. If Simpplr install the package for your org, you will find it under the name "Simpplr User Add On" permission set. If you are installing the package, please be sure to create a permission set for your standard users with the following system permissions:

 

  • Assign Topics
  • Chatter Internal User
  • Create and Own New Chatter Groups
  • Create and Share Content Deliveries for Chatter Files
  • Create Topics
  • Delete Topics
  • Edit Topics
  • Merge Topics
